Land of Living. The central region of Thailand is considered to be a fertile land appropriate for agriculture. It has been praised to be full of natural resources as ‘the land of fish and rice’. This trip will introduce you to the meaning behind Ayutthaya and Suphanburi through the story of food. Each dish will represent the rich resources the area has to offer, from the river shrimp to the different types of rice from both provinces. You will dine amongst the old ruins and at the same time, learn the history of each dish through the lens of the farmers.
