This trip will introduce you to the meaning behind Ayutthaya, our old capital, through the story of food. Each dish will represent the rich resources the area has to offer, from the river shrimps and fish to the different types of rice. You will dine amongst the old ruins and at the same time, learn the history of each dish through the lens of our ancestors. You will also travel through Koh Kerd, which is a small community that carries the idea of simple living in their hearts.

Dresscode	To enter a Buddhist temple, clothing that covers shoulders and knees are required. Flip-flops are recommended as they are easy to take off before entering the temples. Sneakers are not recommended in the rainy season

Morning	Begin your journey from Bangok to Koh Kerd, Ayutthaya Koh Kerd Community Sightseeing the canal life along the Chao Phraya River and learn how to catch your own river shrimps Learn how to cook authentic Thai desserts Visit and join the activities at the rice field of Thongton Chaidamrong
Noon	Cruise along the Chao Phraya River, with lunch then serve on Tha Luang boat while sightseeing the architectural ruins of the old Thai capitalEnjoy afternoon snacks and try some traditional ‘kanom saimai’ at Busaba Cafe & Meal
Afternoon	Visit Ayutthaya’s UNESCO World Heritage Site and architectural ruins and old temples at Wat Mahathat Taste more Thai desserts and shop for souvenirs at Baan Kao NomDine by the riverside at Sala Ayutthaya Eatery and Bar, with a fantastic view across the water to Wat Phutthaisawan temple
Evening	Enjoy a drive through the city ride and see the old ruins light up at when the sun goes down Travel back to Bangkok
